25% refund of total booking fee. The agency retains 75% due to significant impact on model availability and limited ability to rebook the time.
Cancellation Less Than 72 Hours Before Assignment:
No refund. Full booking fee is retained as models have committed their time and declined other opportunities.

3.2 Cancellation Procedures
